Zusammenfassung:Provided are a payment method and system that can process payment using central bank digital currency (CBDC) without double payment even in an offline situation (the situation where a user's terminal cannot connect to a server through network). The payment method, in a computer device, comprises a security zone, a hardware security module (HSM), and at least one processor. 오프라인 상황(사용자의 단말기가 네트워크를 통해 서버에 연결될 수 없는 상황)에서도 이중 지불 없이 중앙은행 디지털 화폐(Central Bank Digital Currency, CBDC)를 이용하여 결제를 처리할 수 있는 결제 방법 및 시스템을 제공한다.
