The present invention relates to a fuel SCM system capable of improving economic feasibility of purchase, expanding a proportion of eco-friendly coal purchase, and reinforcing inventory stability, comprising: a fuel SCM planning system receiving coal and ship contract information from an in-house unit system, establishing a ship scheduling plan for coal-ship matched with each other based on the received coal and ship contract information, registering ship operation information on an internal and an external portal based on the ship scheduling plan, and establishing a warehousing plan based on ship operation schedule information acquired from the external portal and the ship scheduling plan; and a fuel SCM analysis automation system receiving coal and ship contracts and record information for each coal-ship matching combination, establishing a coal supply and demand plan, analyzing a future prospect, and proposing a revision direction of a purchasing strategy based on the analysis. 본 발명은 구매 경제성 제고, 친환경탄 구매비중 확대 및 재고 안정성 강화가 가능한 연료 SCM 시스템에 관한 것으로, 사내 단위 시스템으로부터의 석탄 및 선박 계약 정보를 수취하고, 그 수취된 석탄 및 선박 계약 정보를 근거로 서로 매칭되는 석탄-선박에 대한 배선 계획을 수립하고, 상기 배선 계획을 근거로 선박 운항동정을 사내 포탈 및 사외 포탈에 등록하고, 상기 사외 포탈로부터 취득된 선박 운항일정 정보 및 상기 배선 계획을 근거로 입고 계획을 수립하는 연료 SCM 계획 시스템; 및 상기 석탄-선박 매칭 조합별 석탄 및 선박 계약과 실적 정보를 수취하고, 상기 석탄의 수급 계획 수립 및 향후 전망을 분석하고, 이 분석을 근거로 구매전략의 수정방향을 제안하는 연료 SCM 분석 자동화 시스템을 포함한다.
