Zusammenfassung: | The present invention relates to a metabolite marker for determining the country of origin of Scrophularia buergeriana Miq. According to the present invention, it is proved that six types of metabolomic markers, which are differentially included according to the country of origin of Scrophularia buergeriana Miq., were identified by using ultra-high performance liquid chromatography-quadrupole time-of-flight mass spectrometry (UPLC-QTOF/MS) and multivariate statistical analysis. Briefly, 8-O-E-p-methoxycinnamoylharpagide is detected as a major metabolite marker of Korean Scrophularia buergeriana Miq., and thus it was confirmed that the metabolite marker can be used to quickly and accurately distinguish Korean or Chinese Scrophularia buergeriana Miq.
본 발명은 현삼의 원산지 판별용 대사체 마커에 관한 것으로서, 고압 분리능 액체 크로마토그래피-4배 비행시간 질량분석법(ultra-high performance liquid chromatography-quadrupole time-of-flight mass spectrometry, UPLC-QTOF/MS) 및 다변량 통계 분석법을 이용하여 현삼의 원산지에 따라서, 차별적으로 포함되어 있는 대사체 마커 6종을 확인하였으며, 간단히는 한국산 현삼의 주요 대사체 마커로서 8-O-E-p-메톡시시나모일하르파자이드(8-O-E-p-methoxycinnamoylharpagide)를 검출하여, 현삼의 신속하고 정확한 한국산 또는 중국산 판별에 이용할 수 있는 것을 확인하였다. |
