Zusammenfassung:	The present invention relates to a cosmetic composition for eye liner containing Sasa quelpaertensis charcoal powder, which comprises: a main ingredient prepared with Sasa quelpaertensis charcoal powder subject to hydrophobic treatment; a first additive including polyglyceryl-10 myristate, polyglyceryl-10 stearate, polyglycerin-10, citric acid, sodium dehydroacetate and purified water; and a second additive including acrylates copolymer, styrene/acrylates copolymer, 1,3-butylene glycol, and purified water. 본 발명은 제주 조릿대 숯 파우더를 함유하는 아이라이너용 화장료 조성물에 관한 것으로, 소수성 처리를 거친 제주 조릿대 숯 파우더로 마련되는 주제; 폴리글리세릴-10 미리스테이트(Polyglyceryl-10 Myristate), 폴리글리세릴-10 스테아레이트(Polyglyceryl-10 Stearate), 폴리글리세린-10(Polyglcerin-10), 구연산(Citric Acid), 소듐데하이드로아세테이트(Sodium Dehydroacetate) 및 정제수를 포함하는 제1첨가제; 및 아크릴레이트 코폴리머(Acrylates Copolymer), 스타이렌/아크릴레이트 코폴리머(Styrene/Acrylates Copolymer), 1,3-부틸렌글라이콜(1,3-Butylene Glycol) 및 정제수를 포함하는 제2첨가제;를 포함한다.
