BOX BANDING DEVICE

In accordance with the present invention, a box banding apparatus includes: an insertion part into which a box to be banded is sequentially inserted; a transfer part having one end connected to the insertion part to transfer the box inserted in the insertion part in one direction; a cross strapping device provided on one side of the transfer part to lead the box transferred along the transfer part to be banded in a transverse direction; a straight strapping device provided on one side of the transfer part, while placed in front of or behind the cross strapping device in a progressing direction of the transfer part to lead the box transferred along the transfer part to be banded in a longitudinal direction; sensor parts provided on the cross strapping device and the straight strapping device to measure the size of the box transferred from the transfer part; a loading part provided at the other end of the transfer part to load the completely banded box while being transferred in the progressing direction of the transfer part; and a control part controlling the whole operation such that the insertion part, the transfer part, the cross strapping device, the straight strapping device, the sensor part, and the loading part can be interconnected. Therefore, the present invention is capable of improving the efficiency of banding work. 본 발명에 따른 박스 밴딩 장치는, 밴딩이 필요한 박스가 순차적으로 투입되는 투입부와, 일단이 상기 투입부에 연결되어 상기 투입부에서 투입된 박스를 일방향으로 이송시키는 이송부와, 상기 이송부의 일측에 구비되어 상기 이송부를 따라 이송되는 박스에 가로방향으로 밴딩이 이루어지도록 하는 크로스 스트래핑 디바이스와, 상기 이송부의 일측에 구비되되, 상기 이송부의 진행방향을 따라 상기 크로스 스트래핑 디바이스의 전방 또는 후방에 배치되어 상기 이송부를 따라 이송되는 박스에 세로방향으로 밴딩이 이루어지도록 하는 스트레이트 스트래핑 디바이스와, 상기 크로스 스트래핑 디바이스 및 스트레이트 스트래핑 디바이스에 구비되어 상기 이송부에서 이송되는 박스의 규격을 측정하는 센서부와, 상기 이송부의 타단에 구비되어 상기 이송부의 진행방향을 따라 이송되면서 밴딩이 완료된 박스를 적재하는 적재부 및 상기 투입부, 이송부, 크로스 스트래핑 디바이스, 스트레이트 스트래핑 디바이스, 센서부 및 적재부가 연계되도록 전체적인 구동을 제어하는 제어부를 포함한다.
