Zusammenfassung: | According to an embodiment of the present invention, a high-frequency surgical device for nerve blocking comprises: an electrode coupled to a flexible PCB and a MEMS flexible electrode composed of a biocompatible polymer material, and configured to have a shape of surrounding an outer wall of a tube; a thermometer embedded in the electrode and measuring a surface temperature of the tube; and a handle unit for manipulating the electrode to surround the outer wall of the tube. According to a size of the tube, a diameter of the MEMS flexible electrode is adjusted to surround the outer wall of the tube, and high-frequency energy is transmitted to block a nerve at the outer wall of the tube.
본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 신경 차단을 위한 고주파 수술 기기는, 생체적합성 폴리머 재료로 구성된 MEMS 유연전극과 플렉서블 PCB가 결합되며, 관의 외벽을 감싸는 형태의 전극; 상기 전극에 내장되며 관의 표면 온도를 측정하는 온도계; 및 상기 전극이 관의 외벽을 감싸도록 조작하기 위한 핸들부를 포함하며, 관의 크기에 따라 상기 MEMS 유연전극의 직경을 조절하여 관의 외벽을 감싸고, 고주파 에너지를 전달하여 관의 외벽에서 신경 차단을 수행하는 것을 특징으로 한다. |
