Zusammenfassung: | Related is a method for decreasing the toxicity of carbon monoxide using a nanofluid and enhancing the stability of carbon monoxide metabolism of microorganisms. More specifically, related is a method which inhibits the toxic effect of carbon monoxide by using a biopolymer-based nanofluid capable of capturing carbon monoxide, to reduce a substrate inhibition effect of the carbon monoxide on microorganisms and enhancing the substrate metabolic stability of carbon monoxide metabolizing microorganisms.
나노유체를 이용한 일산화탄소의 독성 저감 및 미생물의 일산화탄소 대사 안정성 향상방법에 관한 것으로서, 보다 상세하게는 일산화탄소 포집이 가능한 바이오폴리머 기반 나노유체를 사용하여 일산화탄소의 독성 영향을 저해시킴으로써 미생물에 대한 일산화탄소의 기질 저해 효과를 감축시키고 일산화탄소 대사 미생물의 기질 대사 안정성을 향상시키는 방법에 관한 것이다. |
