APPARATUS AND METHOD FOR AUTOMATIC SAMPLING

Disclosed are an apparatus and a method for automatic sampling, which has an improved control logic of greatly reducing the possibility that liquid is scattered and fumes occur and inhibiting the occurrence of bubbles when a sample is injected into a container to allow stable sampling to be performed, and a driving mechanism supporting the same. The apparatus for automatic sampling according to the present invention comprises: a main body unit having a sample chamber from which a sample is injected into a container; a grip unit disposed in the sample chamber to grip or loosen the container; an inversion and erection unit rotating the grip unit in a vertical direction to erect or invert the container; a sample injection unit supplying the sample to an inside of the container; and a control unit controlling operation of the inversion and erection unit, wherein the control unit controls the inversion and erection unit such that the container becomes inclined from a vertical line when the sample fallen from the sample injection unit into the container is collected. 용기에 샘플이 주입될 때 액이 비산하거나 흄이 발생할 확률을 획기적으로 낮추고 기포의 발생을 억제하여 안정적인 샘플링을 수행할 수 있는 개선된 제어로직과 이를 뒷받침할 수 있는 개선된 구동 메커니즘을 갖는 오토 샘플링 장치 및 방법이 개시된다. 오토 샘플링 장치는 용기에 샘플이 주입되는 샘플챔버를 갖는 본체부; 상기 샘플챔버에 구비되고, 용기를 파지 및 파지해제하는 그립부; 상기 그립부를 상하 방향으로 회전시켜 용기를 정립 또는 반전시키는 반전 및 정립부; 용기의 내부로 샘플을 공급하는 샘플주입부; 및 상기 반전 및 정립부의 작동을 제어하는 제어부를 포함하며, 상기 제어부는, 용기에 샘플주입부에서 낙하하는 샘플을 채취할 때 용기가 수직방향에 대해 기울어지도록 반전 및 정립부를 제어한다.
