APPARATUS FOR HARVESTING FRUITS

The present invention relates to an automatic fruit harvesting device. An objective of the present invention is to provide an automatic fruit harvesting device which is easy for fruit harvesting, thereby: reducing the number of fruits falling by a natural phenomenon; safely collecting fruits; promoting the safety of an operator through the construction of an unmanned system; and enhancing productivity. The present invention is characterized by comprising: a collection unit; a collection device; and a transfer guide unit. The collection unit includes: a meshed net formed of a net at a position spaced apart from the ground; a support stably fixing and supporting the meshed net; a collection discharge unit which forms an open discharge hole at any one position of the meshed net; and an opening and closing unit with a door capable of opening and closing the collection discharge unit. The collection device is configured to automatically collect fruits stored in the collection unit, and includes a collection box to which fruits are transferred and a door opening device which controls the operation of the opening and closing unit to transfer the fruits to the collection box. The transfer guide unit is configured to guide the transfer of the collection device, and includes a rail installed on the ground and a position signal generator which generates a signal for a stop position of the collection device. 본 발명은 과실 자동 수확장치에 관한 것으로서, 자연현상에 따른 낙과 피해를 줄이고 과실을 안전하게 수집할 수 있으며, 무인시스템 구축을 통해 작업자의 안전을 도모하고 생산성 향상 등 용이한 과실 수확이 이루어질 수 있도록 한 과실 자동 수확장치를 제공하는 것이다. 본 발명은 지면으로부터 이격된 위치에서 그물 형태의 망체로 형성된 그물망과, 상기 그물망을 안정적으로 고정 지지하는 지주와, 그물망의 어느 한 위치에서 개방된 형태의 배출공을 형성하는 수집배출부와, 상기 수집배출부를 개방 및 차단할 수 있는 도어를 포함하는 개폐부를 포함하여 구성된 수집부; 상기 수집부에 보관된 과실을 자동 수거하는 것으로, 과실을 옮겨담는 수거박스와, 상기 수거박스에 과실을 옮겨담기 위해 개폐부의 동작을 제어하는 도어열림장치를 포함하는 수거장치; 상기 수거장치의 이송을 안내하는 것으로, 지면에 설치되는 레일과, 수거장치의 정차 위치에 대한 신호를 발생하는 위치신호발생기를 포함하는 이송가이드부;를 포함하여 구성된 것을 특징으로 한다.
