The offshore production facility comprises: a hull; a plurality of deck-side equipment provided on a deck of the hull; a plurality of hull-side equipment provided in the interior of the hull; a deck-side surveillance device provided in each of the plurality of deck-side equipment to surveil an operating state of the deck-side equipment; a hull-side surveillance device provided in each of the plurality of hull-side equipment to surveil an operating state of the hull-side equipment; and a monitoring device outputting an alarm for controlling operation of at least one of the plurality of deck-side equipment and the plurality of hull-side equipment with reference to surveillance results received from at least one of the plurality of deck-side surveillance devices and the plurality of hull-side surveillance devices.
