Zusammenfassung:	Disclosed are a binder that binds to CD47 which is overexpressed in cancer cells, or a binder that has improved binding affinity to CD47, and a liposome complex. More specifically, provided are: a binder that binds to CD47 which is overexpressed in cancer cells, and that comprises the amino acid sequence represented by SEQ ID NO: 1 or SEQ ID NO: 2; and a binder conjugated liposome complex in which the binder is conjugated to a liposome. 암세포에서 과발현하는 CD47에 결합하는 바인더로서 CD47과의 결합력이 향상된 바인더 및 리포좀 복합체가 개시된다. 본 발명은 암세포에서 과발현하는 CD47에 결합하는 바인더로서, 서열번호 1 또는 서열번호 2로 표시되는 아미노산 서열을 포함하는 바인더와, 리포좀에 상기 바인더가 컨쥬게이트된 바인더-컨쥬게이트 리포좀 복합체를 제공한다.
