Zusammenfassung:The present invention relates to a system for treating high-concentration ion-concentrated water generated in a wastewater treatment and reuse process, including: a CDI treatment tank that treats inorganic ionic pollutants from introduced wastewater in an adsorption process; and a mineral fixation reaction tank which receives CDI concentrated water discharged from a desorption process of the CDI treatment tank and carbon dioxide (CO_2), and induces a mineral fixation reaction by pH adjustment or heating to produce and precipitate magnesium carbonate (MgCO_3) or calcium carbonate (CaCO_3). 본 발명은 하·폐수 처리 및 재이용 공정 발생 고농도 이온 농축수 처리 시스템에 관한 것으로, 유입된 하, 폐수로부터 이온성 무기 오염물질을 흡착공정에서 처리하는 CDI처리조; 및 상기 CDI처리조의 탈착공정에서 배출되는 CDI농축수가 유입되며 이산화탄소(CO2)를 유입시키고, pH조절 또는 가온에 의한 광물고정화 반응을 유도하여 탄산마그네슘(MgCO3) 또는 탄산칼슘(CaCO3)을 생성 및 침전시키는 광물고정화반응조;를 포함하는 것이 특징이다.
