| Zusammenfassung: | An x-ray detector comprises: a substrate on which pixels for outputting a detection signal by responding to x-ray detection are disposed; a bias driving unit which applies bias voltage to the pixels; a gate driving unit which applies a gate signal to the pixels; and a signal processing unit which outputs an image signal by reading out the detection signal. The digital x-ray detector has improved initial characteristics by reducing leakage current of a PIN diode.
