Automatic leveling hole processing system

The present invention relates to an automatic leveling hole processing system which comprises: a jig (20) for supporting and moving a semi-finished cylinder (10) from a lower portion; and a boring part (30) coupled to the jig (20) and drilling a hole in the cylinder (10). The boring part (30) includes rails (31) installed in front and rear parts, a table (32) moving forward and backward on the rails (31), a vertical frame (35) installed vertically upward on an upper surface of the table (32), a horizontal shaft (33) installed on the vertical frame (32) and moving up and down from the vertical frame (35), and a boring spindle (34) coupled to the horizontal shaft (33) and drilling a hole in the cylinder located on the left side. The present invention supports and moves the cylinder from the lower portion with the jig, and easily and conveniently drills the hole in the cylinder with the boring part, thereby saving work time and achieving economic effects and great safety. 본발명은 자동 레벨링 구멍 가공시스템에 관한 것으로, 반제품인 원통(10)을 하부에서 지지하며 이동시키는 지그(20)와, 상기 지그(20)에 결합되어 원통(10)에 구멍을 뚫는 보링부(30)로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 한다. 또한, 상기 보링부(30)는 전후방으로 설치되는 레일(31)과 상기 레일(31)위를 전후방으로 이동하는 테이블(32)과, 상기 테이블(32) 상면에 수직상방으로 설치되는 수직프레임(35)과, 상기 수직프레임(32)에 설치되며, 수직프레임(35)에서 승하강되는 수평축(33)과, 상기 수평축(33)에 결합되어 좌측에 위치하는 원통에 구멍을 뚫는 보링스핀들(34)로 이루어지는 것으로, 본발명은 원통을 지그로 하부에서 지지하며 이동시켜, 보링부로 원통에 구멍을 용이하고 간편하게 뚫어 작업시간이 절약되고 경제적이며 안전한 현저한 효과가 있다.
