The present invention provides a supporting device for a pipe, which comprises: a housing which has a barrel structure with an internal space; a connecting rod which is connected to the housing to be slidably moved in a vertical direction, which is provided with a sliding plate disposed inside the housing at the upper end, and which has a hanger connection part arranged outside the housing to connect the pipe at the lower end; an elastic member which is inserted and installed inside the housing and which elastically supports the connecting rod; an elastic adjustment part which is installed in the housing to be connected to the sliding plate and which adjusts the movable range of the sliding plate in the vertical direction inside the housing; and a pipe condition check part which is installed to be connected to the housing and which measures the load received from the pipe while supporting the pipe to determine the change or vibration of the pipe. 본 발명은, 내부공간이 마련된 통 구조를 가지는 하우징, 하우징에 상하 방향으로 슬라이딩 이동 가능하게 연결 설치하며, 상단에는 하우징의 내측에 배치되는 슬라이딩판을 결합 구비하고, 하단에는 배관을 연결하도록 하우징 외측에 배치되는 행거연결부를 결합 구비하는 연결로드, 하우징의 내측에 삽입 설치하며, 연결로드를 탄성 지지하는 탄성부재, 슬라이딩판과 연결되도록 하우징에 설치하며, 하우징 내측에서 슬라이딩판의 상하방향으로 이동 가능한 범위를 조정하는 탄성조절부, 하우징에 연결되게 설치하며, 배관을 지지한 상태에서 배관으로부터 받는 하중을 측정하여 배관의 변동이나 진동상태를 파악할 수 있게 하는 배관상태 확인부를 포함하는 배관용 지지장치를 제공한다.
