Zusammenfassung:	The present invention relates to: a method for manufacturing a cell aggregate inside a structure by forming a core-shell structure in-situ by dispensing a heat-sensitive hydrogel, an ionic solution, and a droplet containing cells to an ion-crosslinking type hydrogel; and the cell aggregate manufactured by the method thereof, which has excellent repeatability, thereby having advantages of quality control and rapid mass production. 본 발명은 열민감성 하이드로겔과 이온 용액 및 세포를 포함하는 액적을 이온가교형 하이드로겔에 디스펜싱하여 in-situ로 코어-쉘 구조체를 형성하여, 구조체 내부에서 세포 응집체를 제조하는 방법 및 이러한 방법으로 제조되는 세포 응집체에 관한 것으로, 반복 재현성이 우수하여 품질 관리 및 신속한 대량 생산이 가능한 장점이 존재한다.
