In particular, the bidirectional precision feed stage of the present invention comprises: a stage main body (100); a center block (200); a side block (300); and a stage block (400). Therefore, an assembly error due to mismatch of parallelism between the pair of inclined rails is corrected by a preload absorption method to improve operation precision.
