Zusammenfassung:	The present invention relates to a device for treating liquid to be treated, which includes: a treatment tank in which the liquid to be treated is stored; a heating unit which heats the liquid to be treated and vaporizes a part of the liquid to be treated into gaseous treatment liquid; a cooling unit that cools the gaseous treatment liquid discharged from the treatment tank and liquefies the same into regenerated treatment liquid; and a storage unit for storing the regenerated treatment liquid, thereby lowering manufacturing costs and reducing waste treatment costs. 본 발명은 피처리액 처리장치에 관한 것으로, 피처리액이 저장되는 처리조, 피처리액을 가열하여 피처리액의 일부를 기상 처리액으로 기화시키는 가열부, 처리조에서 배출된 기상 처리액을 냉각하여 재생 처리액으로 액화시키는 냉각부, 및 재생 처리액을 저장하는 저장부를 포함하는 것에 의하여, 제조 원가를 낮추고 폐기물 처리 비용을 절감하는 유리한 효과를 얻을 수 있다.
