Zusammenfassung:The present invention provides a vehicle which learns an image obtained by a camera and performs accurate autonomous parking operation by using learned data, and a control method thereof. The vehicle according to one embodiment is the vehicle performing autonomous parking and comprising: the camera obtaining an image including a parking lane around the vehicle; and a control unit calculating space recognition data by learning the surrounding image as an input value, calculating characteristic points corresponding to the parking lane based on the surrounding image and the space recognition data, determining a parking lane candidate based on clustering of the characteristic points, and controlling the vehicle to park in a parking area configured by the parking lane candidate. 본 발명은 카메라를 획득한 영상을 학습하고 학습한 데이터를 이용하여 정확한 자율 주차 동작을 수행할 수 있는 차량 및 그 제어방법을 제공한다. 일 실시예에 따른 차량은 자율 주차를 수행하는 차량에 있어서, 주차선이 포함된 차량 주변 영상을 획득하는 카메라; 상기 주변 영상을 입력 값으로 학습하여 공간 인식 데이터를 도출하고, 상기 주변 영상 및 상기 공간 인식 데이터를 기초로 상기 주차선에 대응되는 특징점을 도출하고, 상기 특징점의 클러스터링을 기초로 후보 주차선을 결정하고, 상기 후보 주차선으로 구성된 주차 영역에 주차를 수행하도록 상기 차량을 제어하는 제어부;를 포함한다.
