Zusammenfassung: | The present invention relates to a Lactobacillus-fermented Cornus officinalis composition having antioxidant and anti-obesity effects and a method for preparing the same, and more specifically, to a method for preparing a Lactobacillus-fermented Cornus officinalis composition, which comprises: the steps of: (a) culturing Lactobacillus plantarum; (b) inoculating the cultured Lactobacillus plantarum into a Cornus officinalis dilution, and (c) fermenting after the inoculation. It has been confirmed that the Lactobacillus-fermented Cornus officinalis composition according to the present invention shows a decrease in total polyphenol content and total flavonoid content, but shows an increase in DPPH radical scavenging activity, and shows an excellent anti-obesity effect through the effect of reducing epididymal fat in the obese state induced by oxidative stress with a high-fat diet.
본 발명은 항산화 및 항비만 효능을 갖는 산수유 유산균 발효 조성물 및 이의 제조 방법에 관한 것으로, 구체적으로는 (a) Lactobacillus plantarum을 배양하는 단계, (b) 상기 배양한 Lactobacillus plantarum을 산수유 희석액에 접종하는 단계 및 (c) 상기 접종 후 발효시켜 산수유 유산균 발효 조성물의 제조하는 방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따른 산수유 유산균 발효 조성물은 총 폴리페놀 함량 감소 및 총 플라보노이드 함량 감소를 보였으나 DPPH radical 소거활성 증가 효과를 보여 탁월한 황산화 효과가 있으며, 고지방식이로 산화적 스트레스로 유도된 비만 상태에서 부고환 지방의 감소 효과를 보여 탁월한 항비만 효과를 나타냄을 확인하였다. |
