| Zusammenfassung: | The present invention relates to an ultrafiltration module and an ultrapure water cleaning system using the same, and more specifically, to an ultrafiltration module and an ultrapure water cleaning system using the same, wherein the ultrafiltration module is manufactured by winding a flat membrane instead of a hollow fiber membrane, and ultrapure water is cleaned (or manufactured) by using the same, thereby reducing cleaning time and securing a stable particle removal rate against changes in the operating environment of the ultrafiltration module.
본 발명은 한외여과모듈 및 이를 이용한 초순수 세정 시스템에 관한 것으로서, 좀 더 구체적으로 설명하면, 중공사막이 아닌 평막을 나권시켜 한외여과모듈을 제조하고, 이를 이용하여 초순수를 세정(또는 제조)함으로써, 세정 시간을 줄이고 한외여과모듈의 운전 환경 변화에 대해서 안정적인 입자 제거율을 확보할 수 있는 한외여과모듈 및 이를 이용한 초순수 제조 시스템에 관한 것이다. |
