APPARATUS FOR PROVIDING STANDALONE AUTOMATIC EXECUTION SERVICE AND STANDALONE SIMULTANEOUS EXECUTION SERVICE AND METHOD THEREOF

Disclosed is an IoT hub device to provide automatic execution set by a customer locally in a standalone type even if network connection to a server is disconnected. According to the present invention, the IoT hub device comprises: a data storage maintaining automatic execution information including at least one execution condition information and execution action information related to each execution condition information; a communication unit communicating with an IoT server and an IoT sensor; and a controller. The controller performs the following steps: repeatedly receiving automatic execution information from an IoT server and storing it in the data storage; repeatedly checking a network connection with an IoT server; and when the network connection with the IoT server is disconnected and an execution condition event generation signal is received from the IoT sensor, searching an execution condition for the corresponding event by referring to the data storage and transmitting a control command according to execution operation information related to the searched execution condition information to the IoT sensor.
