More specifically, the present invention can provide the fragrance composition which can reproduce the unique scent of roses obtained by crossbreeding Geoff Hamilton and bluemoon among rose varieties, and has excellent palatability. 장미 향취를 재현한 향료 조성물에 관한 것으로, 보다 구체적으로 지중해 베르가못향, 풋사과향 및 자스민향을 가지는 장미 향취를 재현한 향료 조성물에 관한 것이다. 보다 구체적으로, 장미 품종 중 제프 해밀턴(Geoff Hamilton)과 블루문(Bluemoon)을 교배하여 얻은 장미의 고유 향취를 재현할 수 있고, 우수한 기호성을 가지는 향료 조성물을 제공할 수 있다.
