Zusammenfassung:	An air textured yarn (ATY) is disclosed. The ATY comprises: a first filament having a first cross section; and a second filament which is disposed so as to be adjacent to the first filament and has a second cross section. The first cross section has a substantially circular shape, and has a degree of modification (M ratio) less than or substantially equal to 1.3. The second cross section has a polygonal shape including 3 to 6 lobes. A difference between a length of the first filament and a length of the second filament is less than or substantially equal to 4%. According to the present invention, the ATY with small and dense loops can provide a soft, comfortable or cotton-like feel. 에어텍스쳐드사(air textured yarn: ATY)가 개시된다. 상기 ATY는 제1 단면을 갖는 제1 필라멘트, 및 상기 제1 필라멘트에 인접하게 배치되고 제2 단면을 갖는 제2 필라멘트를 포함하고, 상기 제1 단면은 실질적으로 원형인 형상을 갖고 또한 1.3 미만의 또는 1.3과 실질적으로 같은 변형도(degree of modification)(M 비율)를 가지며, 상기 제2 단면은 3개 내지 6개의 로브들(lobes)을 포함하는 다각형 형상을 가지며, 상기 제1 필라멘트의 길이와 상기 제2 필라멘트의 길이의 차이는 4% 미만이거나 또는 4%와 실질적으로 같다. 또한, ATY의 제조 방법도 개시된다.
