Zusammenfassung:	The present invention relates to a pharmaceutical composition for the prevention and treatment of coronavirus infection comprising phytoncide, particularly 3-carene or α-pinene among active ingredients thereof. Phytoncide, 3-carene, and α-pinene of the present invention exhibit a remarkable inhibitory effect on cell infection of coronavirus, and exhibit an effect of specifically destroying virus particles having a spike protein of coronavirus. Through the same, phytoncide, 3-carene, and α-pinene can be usefully used to prevent infection of coronavirus or to treat coronavirus infection. 본 발명은 피톤치드, 특히 그 유효성분 중 3-carene 또는 α-pinene을 포함하는 코로나바이러스 감염증의 예방 및 치료용 약학 조성물에 관한 것으로, 본 발명의 피톤치드, 3-carene 및 α-pinene 코로나바이러스의 세포감염에 대해 현저한 억제 효과를 나타내며, 코로나바이러스의 스파이크 단백질을 가지고 있는 바이러스 입자를 특이적으로 파괴하는 효과를 나타낸다. 이를 통해 코로나바이러스의 감염을 예방하거나, 코로나바이러스 감염증의 치료에 유용하게 사용될 수 있다.
