Zusammenfassung:	The present invention relates to an anti-inflammatory pharmaceutical composition containing an extract of Spatholobus suberectus, and more specifically, to a pharmaceutical composition having an anti-inflammatory effect on inflammatory diseases of the digestive tract such as colitis, gastritis or gastric ulcer, and also a reagent composition for promoting IκBα expression containing an extract of Spatholobus suberectus. Inflammatory diseases, particularly gastritis, gastric ulcer, or colitis, can be effectively prevented, treated, or ameliorated by using the pharmaceutical composition, treatment method, and health functional food composition of the present invention. In addition, when the reagent composition of the present invention is applied, the expression of IκBα in cells can be remarkably increased in vitro.
