MOUNTING DEVICE FOR RECLINER OF SEAT BACK FRAME OF VEHICLE

The present invention relates to an installation apparatus for a recliner installed on a vehicle seatback frame, comprising: a fixation unit installed on the seatback frame; and a base unit installed to support the fixation unit and be detachable on the seatback frame. The installation apparatus for the recliner and the seatback frame are made of different materials. The installation apparatus for the recliner of the vehicle seatback frame reduces number of components for lightweight by optimizing installation position and shape of the installation apparatus for a conventionally installed recliner, reduces a manufacturing cost and manufacturing time by reducing assembly tolerance, and improves fuel efficiency, stability, and credibility of the vehicle. 본 발명은 자동차 시트백 프레임에 설치되는 리클라이너용 설치장치에 있어서, 상기 리클라이너용 설치장치는 상기 시트백 프레임에 설치되는 고정부; 및 상기 고정부를 지지하면서 상기 시트백 프레임에 탈부착 가능하게 설치되는 베이스부;를 포함하고, 상기 리클라이너용 설치장치와 상기 시트백 프레임은 서로 이종 재질로 형성하여 기존에 설치되는 리클라이너용 설치장치의 설치위치와 형상의 최적화를 통해 부품수 감소를 통해 경량화를 도모하고, 조립공차 감소를 통해 제조비용과 제조시간을 감소하고, 자동차의 연비와 안전성 및 신뢰성을 개선할 수 있는 자동차 시트백 프레임의 리클라이너 설치장치에 관한 것이다.
