The pharmaceutical composition comprising budesonide or arformoterol according to the present invention exhibits a more excellent effect on virus inhibition than the remdesivir injection and ciclesonide drug known as a treatment for COVID-19. 본 발명은 부데소니드 또는 포르모테롤을 포함하는 코로나 19 예방 또는 치료용 약학조성물에 관한 것으로 코로나 19 치료제로 알려진 렘데시비르 주사제제 및 시클레소니드 흡입제제보다도 바이러스 억제에 더욱 우수한 효과를 나타낸다.
