Zusammenfassung:The present invention relates to a sausage comprising chicken and roasted sweet green pumpkin. According to the present invention, the sausage prepared based on chicken has a lower fat content than a conventional sausage and can satisfy the desire of modern society people to pursue a healthier life by using a useful ingredient such as dietary fibers contained in roasted sweet pumpkin as a functional factor. In addition, the present invention has an effect of solving the problem of processed meat of the conventional sausage and providing a sausage with improved texture and taste by not adding chemical additives other than a chicken and a roasted sweet pumpkin. 본 발명은 육계 및 군단호박을 포함하는 소시지 및 이의 제조 방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따르면, 육계를 바탕으로 제조된 소시지는 기존의 소시지보다 지방 함량이 낮으며, 군단호박에 함유된 식이섬유 등의 유용 성분을 기능성 요소로 활용하여 보다 건강한 삶을 추구하고자 하는 현대 사회인의 욕구를 충족시킬 수 있다. 또한, 육계 및 군단호박 이외의 화학 첨가물이 첨가되지 않음으로써 기존의 소시지가 가진 가공육의 문제점을 해소하고 식감과 맛을 향상시킨 소시지를 제공하는 효과가 있다.
