Zusammenfassung:	The present invention relates to a preparation method of a superabsorbent polymer particle and a superabsorbent polymer particle. Specifically, the present invention provides a superabsorbent polymer particle in which a substituted or unsubstituted C_(10-30)alkyl group is introduced on a surface and a composition in which the superabsorbent polymer particle is dispersed in an organic solvent. In addition, provided is a preparation method of the superabsorbent polymer particle by performing reverse emulsion polymerization under the presence of a reactive surfactant having a specific structure. 본 발명은 고흡수성 수지 입자의 제조 방법 및 고흡수성 수지 입자에 관한 것이다. 구체적으로, 본 발명에서는, 치환 또는 비치환된 C10-30 알킬기가 표면에 도입된 고흡수성 수지 입자 및 이러한 고흡수성 수지 입자가 유기 용매에 분산된 조성물을 제공한다. 또한, 특정 구조의 반응형 계면활성제(surfmer)의 존재 하에 역유화중합하여 상기 고흡수성 수지 입자를 제조하는 방법을 제공한다.
