Manufacturing method of aligned emboss patterned flooring material and the aligned emboss patterned flooring material manufactured by the method

The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing an aligned embossing-patterned flooring material to facilitate manufacture, and an aligned embossing-patterned flooring material manufactured thereby. To achieve this, the method comprises the following steps: a step of bonding a polyethylene terephthalate (PET) transfer printing film having a printing layer, on which an ink pattern is printed on one side of a polyvinyl chloride (PVC) transparent film, to transfer the ink pattern and to form an aligned embossing in synchronization with the ink pattern on the other side of the PVC transparent film, cooling the aligned embossing using a cooling unit, and recovering the PET transfer printing film separated from the printing layer through a PET transfer printing film recovery roll to prepare an upper layer; and a step of laminating the upper layer on the upper part of the lower layer by thermal compression in a process of manufacturing the lower layer.
