Zusammenfassung:The present invention relates to an eye disease diagnosis apparatus using a fundus image and a method thereof. More specifically, the present invention relates to a deep neural network based eye disease diagnosis apparatus using a fundus image and a method thereof. A training dataset is normalized by performing image preprocessing including region-of-interest reduction, isolight plane contrast-limited adaptive histogram equalization, and data augmentation. A deep neural network is applied to diagnose an eye disease including normal, glaucoma (GLC), age-related macular degeneration (AMD), and diabetic retinopathy (DR). 본 발명은 안저 이미지를 이용한 안구질환 진단 장치 및 방법에 관한 것으로, 더욱 상세하게는 관심영역 축소, 등광 평면 대조 제한 적응 히스토그램 등화 및 데이터 증강 등을 포함하는 이미지 전처리를 수행하여 학습 데이터세트를 정규화하고, 심층 신경망을 적용하여 정상(Nomal), 녹내장(Glaucoma: GLC), 연령 관련 황반변성(Age related macular degeneration: AMD), 당뇨병 망막증(Diabetic Retinopathy: DR)을 포함하는 안구질환을 진단할 수 있는 안저 이미지를 이용한 심층 신경망 기반 안구질환 진단 장치 및 방법에 관한 것이다.
