The present invention relates to a toilet paper hanger capable of loading toilet paper, and specifically to the toilet paper hanger comprising: a housing for accommodating a plurality of rolls of tissue paper therein; a rotary handle rotatably installed in the housing; a rotary tube for loading a roll of toilet paper therein, and dropping stacked toilet paper by being connected to the rotary handle and rotating together when the rotary handle rotates; and a hanging rod provided on the lower inner surface of the housing and rotatably hanging the roll of toilet paper.
