BOARD ASSEMBLY AND TEST HANDLER INCLUDING THE SAME

The present invention relates to a board assembly to fix electronic components of different sizes and a test handler including the same. According to one embodiment of the present invention, the board assembly comprises: a base part providing a plurality of parts on which electronic components are mounted; a holder part capable of gripping side surfaces of the plurality of electronic components mounted on the base part; and a wall part disposed on both sides of the base part and having a plurality of guide holes guiding movement of the holder part. Each of the plurality of guide holes includes a plurality of first guide holes guiding movement of the holder part in a first direction and a second guide hole guiding the movement of the holder part in a second direction and communicating with the plurality of first guide holes. The plurality of first guide holes branch off and extend from the second guide hole and are spaced apart from each other in the second direction.
