CONVEYING PAD

The present invention relates to a conveying pad which enables a work set including a ring frame having partial irregularities to be conveyed appropriately. More specifically, the present invention provides a conveying pad (2) connected to a conveying device (1) capable of conveying a ring frame (93) to a chuck table while sucking and maintaining four points on an upper surface (930) of the ring frame (93) using suckers (25). The conveying pad (2) comprises: an X-axis rail (21) extending in the X-axis direction of a horizontal surface; two Y-axis rails (23) extending in the Y-axis direction intersecting at a right angle with the X-axis direction on a horizontal surface, and arranged on the X-axis rail (21) to be able to move in the X-axis direction; and suckers (25) each arranged on the Y-axis rails to be able to move in the Y-axis direction, wherein the Y-axis rails (23) can be fixed to the X-axis rail (21) at an arbitrary position in the X-axis direction, and the suckers (25) can be fixed to the Y-axis rails (23) at arbitrary positions in the Y-axis direction. 본 발명은 반송 패드에 있어서, 부분적으로 요철을 갖는 링 프레임을 구비하는 워크 세트를 적절하게 반송 가능하게 한다. 본 발명은 링 프레임(93)의 상면(930)의 4개소를 흡반(25)으로 흡인 유지하여 척 테이블에 반송 가능한 반송 기구(1)에 연결되는 반송 패드(2)로서, 수평면의 X축 방향으로 연장되는 X축 레일(21)과, 수평면에서 X축 방향과 직교하는 Y축 방향으로 연장되며 X축 레일(21)에 배치되어 X축 방향으로 이동 가능한 2개의 Y축 레일(23)과, Y축 방향으로 이동 가능하게 Y축 레일(23)에 각각 배치되는 흡반(25)을 구비하고, Y축 레일(23)은, X축 방향에 있어서 임의의 위치에서 X축 레일(21)에 고정 가능하고, 흡반(25)은, Y축 방향에 있어서 임의의 위치에서 Y축 레일(23)에 고정 가능한 반송 패드(2)를 제공한다.
