Zusammenfassung:	The present invention relates to a composition for preventing or treating dyslipidemia comprising a Curcuma longa extract. It was confirmed that the Curcuma longa extract of the present invention reduces triglycerides, total cholesterol, LDL cholesterol and C/EBP, and increases HDL cholesterol and p-AMPK, thereby regulating a balance of lipid metabolism. The ability of ALT and AST reduction as well as a protective effect on the liver, which is the organ related to lipid metabolism, were also confirmed. In addition, it was confirmed that SOD and CAT, which are antioxidant active factors, are increased and the lipids accumulated in the liver are reduced with the naked eye and optical microscope. Therefore, it was confirmed that Curcuma longa extract of the present invention has an excellent effect on dyslipidemia. 본 발명은, 강황(Curcuma longa) 추출물을 포함하는 이상지질혈증의 예방 또는 치료용 조성물에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 강황 추출물은, 중성지방, 총 콜레스테롤, LDL 콜레스테롤 및 C/EBP를 감소시키고, HDL 콜레스테롤 및 p-AMPK를 증가시켜, 지질대사의 균형을 조절하는 것을 확인하였으며, ALT 및 AST의 감소능을 확인하여, 지질대사와 관련된 장기인 간에대한 보호효과도 확인하였다. 또한, 항산화 활성인자인 SOD 및 CAT가 증가한 것을 확인하였으며, 육안 및 광학현미경으로 간에 축적되는 지방질의 감소를 확인하였기에, 본 발명의 강황 추출물은 이상지질혈증에 우수한 효과가 있다는 것을 확인하였다.
