A method of manufacturing a self-adhesive-synthetic resin-wallpaper made of a woven fabric and a polyvinyl chloride foam fabric and a self-adhesive-synthetic resin-wallpaper produced by this method

The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a self-adhesive-synthetic resin-wallpaper made of a woven fabric and a polyvinyl chloride (PVC) foam fabric and a self-adhesive-synthetic resin-wallpaper manufactured thereby. According to the present invention, the method comprises: a material preparation step of preparing a woven fabric made of a synthetic resin material and forming an exposed surface, a PVC foam fabric serving as a core material, an adhesive for bonding the woven fabric and the PVC foam fabric, and an adhesive sheet part attached to one side of the PVC foam fabric to form an adhesive layer; and a material bonding step of applying an adhesive to one side of the PVC foam fabric, attaching the woven fabric to the one side of the PVC foam fabric and attaching the adhesive sheet part to the other side of the PVC foam fabric. Accordingly, the self-adhesive-synthetic resin-wallpaper provides advantages of being strong against contamination and not easily damaged in comparison with conventional wallpaper. Due to the advantages, the self-adhesive-synthetic resin-wallpaper has effects of being used as a finishing material for finishing walls and ceilings in general homes as well as multi-use facilities, being more conveniently constructed and requesting lower construction cost than conventional paper-based wallpaper or interior finishing materials due to self-adhesive characteristics, and additionally providing cushioning, insulation, and soundproofing effects due to use of a PVC foam material. 본 발명 우븐원단과 폴리염화비닐 발포원단을 이용하여 제작된 자착식 합성수지 벽지 제조 방법 및 이를 통해 제조된 자착식 합성수지 벽지는 우븐원단과 폴리염화비닐 발포 원단을 이용하는 자착식 합성수지 벽지의 제조 방법 및 이를 통해 제조된 합성수지 벽지에 관한 것으로, 노출면을 형성하며 합성수지 소재로 이루어진 우븐원단과 중심부재 역할을 하는 폴리염화비닐 발포 원단과 상기 우븐원단과 상기 폴리염화비닐 발포 원단을 결합하기 위한 접착제와 상기 폴리염화비닐 발포 원단의 일측면에 부착되어 점착층을 형성하는 점착시트부를 준비하는 재료 준비 단계와 상기 폴리염화비닐 발포 원단의 일측에 접착제를 도포한 후, 상기 우븐원단을 결합시키고, 상기 폴리염화비닐 발포 원단의 타측에 상기 점착시트부를 부착시키는 재료 결합 단계를 포함하여 이루어지는 것;을 특징으로 하여, 종래 일반적인 벽지에 비해 오염에 강하고 쉽게 훼손되지 않는 장점이 있고, 이와 같은 장점으로 인해 일반 가정은 물론 다중이용시설 등에서 벽면이나 천장을 마감하는 마감재로 사용할 수 있는 효과가 있으며, 자착식인 점을 특징으로 하여 종래 종이 소재의 벽지 내지 실내마감재에 비해 상대적으로 시공이 편리한 효과와 시공비용이 상대적으로 낮은 효과와 PVC발포 소재의 사용으로 쿠션감과 단열 및 방음효과를 부가적으로 제공하는 효과가 있다.
