Zusammenfassung:	The present invention relates to a method for preparing 3-hydroxypropionic acid (3-HP) which comprises: (1) a step of high-concentration cell culturing 3-hydroxypropionic acid (3-HP) producing strains; and (2) a step of separating the high-concentration cultured cell and inoculating the same to a medium for producing 3-hydroxypropionic acid, and/or a method for improving production efficiency of 3-HP, thereby improving production efficiency and yield of 3-HP. 본 발명은 (1) 3-하이드록시프로피온산(3-hydroxypropionic acid; 3-HP) 생산 균주를 고농도 세포 배양하는 단계; 및 (2) 상기 고농도 배양된 세포를 분리하여 3-하이드록시프로피온산 생산용 배지에 접종하여 3-하이드록시프로피온산을 생산하는 단계;를 포함하는, 3-하이드록시프로피온산(3-hydroxypropionic acid; 3-HP)의 제조 방법 및/또는 3-HP의 생산능 향상 방법에 관한 것으로, 3-HP의 생산능과 수율을 향상시킬 수 있다.
