Zusammenfassung:	The present invention relates to an adipose stem cell culture solution freeze-drying method comprising: (a) a step of preparing an adipose stem cell culture solution; (b) a step of treating the prepared adipose stem cell culture solution with a freeze-drying protective agent; and (c) a step of freeze-drying adipose stem cells treated with the freeze-drying protective agent. The freeze-dried adipose stem cell culture solution according to the present invention exhibits good properties of maintaining a porous sponge-like shape without forming ice crystals. In addition, the freeze-dried adipose stem cell culture solution or a composition including the same according to the present invention can be applied as a pharmaceutical composition, an external preparation for skin, and a cosmetic composition.
