PCR PCR MULTIPLEX PCR CHIP AND MULTIPLEX-PCR DETECTION METHOD USING THE SAME

The present invention relates to a multiplex PCR chip capable of detecting a plurality of target genes at the same time, and a multiplex PCR method using the same. Particularly, a plurality of spatially isolated particle-forming grooves are formed inside of one or more reaction chambers, solution-state probes are injected to the particle-forming grooves, and physical stimulation is applied thereto to form probe particles, wherein the planar shapes of the particle-forming grooves may be diversified, or the shapes and patterns of particle-fixing bodies formed on the inner surfaces of the particle-forming grooves are diversified, and probes containing primers hybridized specifically with the sequences of different nucleic acid molecules are injected to the particle-forming grooves to allow detection of a plurality of target genes based on the shapes and patterns of the particle-fixing bodies formed inside of the probe particles as well as the locations and shapes of the probe particles. 본 발명은 다수의 목표 유전자를 동시에 검출할 수 있는 멀티플렉스 PCR 칩 및 이를 이용한 멀티플렉스 PCR 방법에 관한 것으로서, 더욱 상세하게는 하나 또는 다수의 반응챔버의 내부에 공간적으로 분리된 다수의 입자형성홈을 형성하고, 상기 입자형성홈에 용액 상태의 프로브를 주입한 후, 물리적 자극을 가해서 프로브 입자를 형성하되, 상기 입자형성홈의 평면 형상을 다양하게 하거나 상기 입자형성홈의 내측 면에 형성되는 입자고정체의 형태 및 패턴을 다양하게 하며, 상기 입자형성홈에 서로 다른 핵산 분자의 서열과 특이적으로 혼성화되는 프라이머가 포함된 프로브를 주입함으로써 상기 프로브 입자의 위치와 형태뿐만 아니라 상기 프로브 립자의 내부에 형성되는 상기 입자고정체의 형태 및 패턴을 기초로 다수의 목표 유전자를 검출할 수 있도록 하여 동시다중 검출이 가능하도록 한 멀티플렉스 PCR 칩 및 이를 이용한 멀티플렉스 PCR 방법을 제공하는 것이다.
