Zusammenfassung: | Areas where people live, such as apartments, residential areas, factories, etc., or where wastewater is generated such as cattle sheds and pigpens become breeding grounds for pests, allowing many larvae to be cultivated and inhabited. Until now, high-cost insecticides and insect growth inhibitors have been used to control pests. However, the toxicity of the chemicals flows into rivers and ends up being supplied as drinking water. In this context, the present invention relates to a research and development technology for electrocuting the larvae of harmful insects in order to transform our surroundings into a comfortable environment free of harmful insects such as mosquitoes and flies, by utilizing a low-cost eco-friendly technology. The device for killing the larvae of harmful insects using electricity according to the present invention comprises: a plurality of copper rods that are coated with silicone and in which a plurality of copper electrodes are installed; a silicone link connecting the copper rods; and a control box including a timer.
