The present invention relates to a drug delivery instrument equipped with a cartridge whose inner space is filled with a therapeutic drug and which has a plurality of fine needles formed on a surface in contact with the skin, wherein the plurality of fine needles are formed in a portion in contact with a surface of the skin to make a drug rapidly and efficiently penetrated into the skin, so that a therapeutic drug is filled in an inner space of the cartridge having the plurality of fine needles formed and the cartridge is separably formed at a main body, thereby simply changing and using drugs to be injected as needed. 본 발명은 내부공간에 치료약물이 채워지고 피부와 접하는 표면에 미세한 바늘이 다수 개 형성되는 카트리지를 구비하는 약물 전달기구에 관한 것으로, 피부 표면과 접촉하는 부분이 다수 개의 미세한 바늘이 형성되어 있어 피부에 신속하고 효율적으로 약물을 침투시킬 수 있고, 이와 같은 다수의 바늘이 형성된 카트리지의 내부공간에 치료약물이 채워지고 본체에 분리 가능한 형태로 형성됨에 따라 필요에 따라 주입하고자 하는 약물을 간편하게 변경하여 사용할 수 있다.
