Zusammenfassung: | The present invention relates to an apparatus and a method for detecting a failure of a gear box using phase information. By considering phase information as well as an amplitude of a frequency domain signal converted from a vibration signal of time domain, a periodic signal can be estimated from a non-synchronized signal, and by removing the estimated periodic signal from the vibration signal, a signal related to the failure is emphasized. The apparatus comprises: a vibration signal obtaining unit; a constant velocity section signal extraction unit; a data processing unit; a residual signal calculation unit; and a failure detection unit.
본 발명은 위상 정보를 활용한 기어박스의 고장 감지 장치 및 방법에 관한 것으로, 시간 영역(Time Domain)의 진동 신호로부터 변환된 주파수 영역(Frequency Domain) 신호의 진폭(Amplitude)뿐만 아니라 위상 정보(Phase information)도 함께 고려함으로써 동기화되지 않은 신호에서도 주기적인 신호를 추정할 수 있고, 추정된 주기적인 신호를 진동 신호로부터 제거함으로써 고장 관련 신호를 강조할 수 있도록 한 것이다. |
