페놀 수지, 경화성 수지 조성물 및 그 경화물

유동성이 우수함과 함께, 경화물의 열시(熱時) 탄성률, 저흡습성, 유전 특성의 밸런스가 우수하고, 반도체 봉지(封止) 재료 등에 호적하게 사용할 수 있는 페놀 수지, 조성물, 및 그 경화물을 제공하는 것을 과제로 하여, 모노페놀 화합물과, 히드록시기를 갖는 방향족 카르복시산과의 반응물이고, GPC 측정에 있어서 하기 식(1)으로 표시되는 에스테르 화합물과, 하기 식(2)으로 표시되는 케톤 화합물(2)과의 합계의 피크 면적이, 70∼99%인 것을 특징으로 하는 페놀 수지를 제공한다. The phenolic resin is characterized by being a product of reaction between a monophenol compound and a hydroxylated aromatic carboxylic acid and in that in GPC analysis, the total area of peaks assignable to an ester compound represented by formula (1) and a ketone compound (2) represented by formula (2) accounts for 70-99%.
