Zusammenfassung:	The present invention relates to a food waste reducer using a biodegradation accelerator. More specifically, food waste can be completely decomposed by the decomposition accelerator by a decomposition mechanism of a first valve unit and a second valve unit automatically set by a control unit according to the characteristics of the food waste put into a decomposition tank so that the decomposition power of the decomposition accelerator can be increased to the maximum, and effective microorganisms are always present in the decomposition tank by the decomposition mechanism so that a decomposition rate can be increased. 본 발명은 바이오분해촉진제를 활용한 음식물쓰레기 감량기에 관한 것으로서, 더욱 상세하게는 분해조에 투입된 음식물쓰레기 특성에 따라 제어부의 자동 설정되는 제 1 밸브부와 제 2 밸브부의 분해 메카니즘에 의해 음식물쓰레기가 분해촉진제에 의해 완전히 분해시킬 수 있어 분해촉진제의 분해력을 항상 최대치로 높여줄 수 있고, 분해 메카니즘에 의해 유효 미생물이 항상 분해조에 존재하여 더욱 분해 속도를 높일 수 있는 효과가 있다.
