According to the present invention, a heat rate or a target value of heat consumption is set to manage household heat usage at regular intervals, and actual heat usage is monitored through the meter. In addition, the actual heat consumption monitored and the target value are compared to control a heating distributor. The household heat consumption management method of the present invention comprises: a setting step; a monitoring step; and a control step. 본 명세서는, 일정 주기로 세대 열사용량을 관리하기 위한 열 요금 또는 열사용량의 목표값을 설정하고, 미터를 통해 실제 열사용량을 모니터링하고, 모니터링한 실제 열사용량과 목표값을 비교하여 난방 분배기를 제어하는 세대 열사용량 관리 방법 및 그 서버, 난방제어기, 미터를 개시한다.
