Zusammenfassung:The present invention provides an aluminum alloy sheet with high strength and high formability and a manufacturing method thereof. According to one embodiment of the present invention, the aluminum alloy sheet comprises 0-0.2 wt% (excluding 0 wt%) of copper (Cu), 0-0.1 wt% (excluding 0 wt%) of manganese (Mn), 0.55-0.6 wt% of magnesium (Mg), 1.2-1.3 wt% of silicon (Si), 0-0.03 wt% (excluding 0 wt%) of titanium (Ti), and the remainder consisting of aluminum (Al) and inevitable impurities. The aluminum alloy sheet includes a spheroidization crystallization phase with an average grain size of 0.3-5 μm, and satisfies a tensile strength (TS) of 270-280 MPa, a yield strength (YS) of 135-150 MPa, and an elongation (EL) of 27-32%. 본 발명은, 고강도 및 고성형성의 알루미늄 합금판재 및 그 제조방법을 제공한다. 본 발명의 일 실시예에 의하면, 상기 알루미늄 합금판재는, 중량%로, 구리(Cu): 0% 초과 ~ 0.2%, 망간(Mn): 0% 초과 ~ 0.1%, 마그네슘(Mg): 0.55% ~ 0.6%, 실리콘(Si): 1.2% ~ 1.3%, 티타늄(Ti): 0% 초과 ~ 0.03%, 및 잔부는 알루미늄(Al)과 불가피한 불순물을 포함하고, 평균 입도 0.3 μm ~ 5 μm의 구상화 정출상을 포함하고, 인장강도(TS): 270 MPa ~ 280 MPa, 항복강도(YS): 135 MPa ~ 150 MPa, 연신율(EL): 27% ~ 32%를 만족한다.
