Zusammenfassung:	The present invention relates to a spirit immersion process device which is for sterilizing and disinfecting extruded food in a state of a semi-finished product extruded after being cooked such as rod-shaped rice cake, noodles, and the like by immersion in spirit. One embodiment of the present invention provides a spirit immersion process device which comprises: a spirit immersion process unit having a spirit immersion tank which includes a spirit inlet receiving spirit and a spirit outlet discharging the used spirit therein, and immersing the supplied extruded food in the spirit to perform a spirit immersion process; and a spirit supply and recovery unit supplying the spirit to the spirit immersion processing unit and recovering the used spirit. 본 발명은 가래떡, 면 등의 익혀진 후 압출된 반제품 상태의 압출식품을 주정 침지하여 살균 소독을 수행하는 주정 침지 처리 장치 및 그 방법에 관한 것으로, 본 발명의 일 실시예는, 내부에 주정을 공급받는 주정유입구와 사용된 주정을 배출하는 주정배출구가 형성된 주정침지조를 구비하여 공급된 압출식품을 주정에 침지하여 주정 침지 처리를 수행하는 주정 침지 처리부; 및 상기 주정 침지 처리부로 주정을 공급하고 사용된 주정을 회수하는 주정공급회수부;를 포함하여 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 주정 침지 처리 장치를 제공한다.
