Zusammenfassung:A method for preparing strawberry tea, according to the present invention, comprises the steps of: a) mixing and thermally treating tea leaves and water; b) separately recovering thermally-treated tea leaves and tea water from the thermally-treated mixture; c) rolling the thermally-treated tea leaves; d) preparing tea syrup by mixing and heating the tea water and sugar; e) preparing a mixture by mixing the tea leaves rolled in step c) with the tea syrup prepared in step d); f) removing a portion of flesh of strawberries to create an open cavity, and filling the interior of the open cavity with the mixture; and g) freezing the product prepared in step f) and then freeze-drying the product using a freeze dryer. Accordingly, strawberry tea prepared thereby has excellent taste and flavor and is capable of improving visual satisfaction. 본 발명에 따른 딸기차의 제조방법은 a) 찻잎과 물을 혼합하고 열처리하는 단계; b) 상기 열처리된 혼합물로부터 열처리된 찻잎과 찻물을 분리 회수하는 단계; c) 상기 열처리된 찻잎을 유념하는 단계; d) 상기 찻물과 설탕을 혼합하고 가열하여 차시럽(tea syrup)을 제조하는 단계; e) 상기 c) 단계에서 유념된 찻잎과 상기 d) 단계에서 제조된 차시럽을 혼합하여 혼입물을 제조하는 단계; f) 딸기의 과육 일부를 제거하여 열린 공동(open cavity)을 만들고, 상기 열린 공동의 내부를 상기 혼입물로 채우는 단계; 및 g) 상기 f) 단계의 제조물을 냉동시킨 후, 동결 건조기를 이용하여 동결 건조하는 단계;를 포함한다.
