Large size Unit Metal Panel Using Middle Joint Member

The present invention relates to an expandable unit metal panel connected by a middle joint member, and more particularly to the expandable unit metal panel connected by a middle joint member capable of shortening the construction period and securing the quality by minimizing a contact part of the metal panel in the field. According to the present invention, a plurality of metal panels can be manufactured as one unit member by connecting metal panels manufactured with a certain width with a middle joint member such that large metal panels can be easily manufactured. According to the present invention, a plurality of adjacent plate-shaped surface plates produced with a certain width, back plates configured to be parallel to the surface plate and spaced apart by a predetermined distance, and metal panels made of a heat insulating material formed between the surface plate and the back plate are connected to be used as one unit member, and an insertion guide made of an aluminum profile and configured in a longitudinal direction, and a middle joint member filled or inserted into the insertion guide to form an insulating bar are composed between the metal panel and the joint of the metal panel such that a plurality of metal panels are connected horizontally or vertically to form one unit member. 본 발명은 미들조인트부재로 연결된 확장형 단위 메탈판넬에 관한 것으로서, 더욱 상세하게는 일정한 폭으로 제작되는 메탈판넬을 미들조인트부재로 연결하여 복수개의 메탈판넬을 하나의 단위부재로 제작이 가능하여, 대형의 메탈판넬을 용이하게 제작할 수 있으며 제작할 수 있어 현장에서의 메탈판넬의 접점부를 최소화하여 공기단축 및 품질확보 가능하도록 하는 미들조인트부재로 연결된 확장형 단위 메탈판넬에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 일정한 폭으로 제작되는 판형상의 표면판과, 표면판과 일정거리 이격되어 평행하게 구성되는 이면판과, 표면판과 이면판의 사이에 구성되는 단열재로 이루어지는 메탈판넬을 인접하여 복수개를 연결하여 하나의 단위부재로 사용하도록 하며, 알루미늄 프로파일로 이루어지며 길이방향으로 구성되는 삽입가이드과, 삽입가이드에 충진 또는 삽입되어 단열바가 구성되는 미들조인트부재가 메탈판넬과 메탈판넬의 이음부의 사이에 구성되어 복수의 메탈판넬을 수평 또는 수직으로 연결하여 하나의 단위부재로 형성된다.
